With the first breath of spring after winter we invite all women- mothers, daughters, and sisters to join us for a weekend gathering.
At the dawn of a new era, we gather to prepare our bodies, minds, and hearts—to be ready to move, not because permission was given, but because we must.
During the weekend we will seek the confidence that comes from the body and choose ourselves as an act of creation.
A call to all women—mothers, daughters, and sisters; the scared ones, the wounded ones, the shy ones and the brave ones—to remember that we are in this together.
The weekend includes a welcoming opening circle, a Four Tobaccos Temazcal (medicine sweat lodge ceremony), nourishing food, and accommodation on a beautiful private property in the Austrian countryside.

Naomi Katz is an ordained Ritualist in the lineage of Carmen Vicente and has spent the past 15 years exploring and experiencing how traditional ceremonial altars and designs adapt and renew themselves, engaging ancient healing modalities and rituals to become accessible to people who have grown up in western culture. OPENING CIRCLE // Friday // 27.03.2026
The first part of the gathering offers a shared conversation on cycles—within nature, water, and our own bodies—inviting reflection on how we move through beginnings, endings, and renewal. Through a gentle embodied exercise, we will explore these cycles somatically, listening to the body as a source of wisdom. We will then widen our awareness to the web of life, with a particular focus on water as a living connector between all beings, inviting a felt sense of interconnection, responsibility, and care.
4 TOBACCOS TEMAZCAL (temazcal de medicina) // Saturday // 28.03.2026
The Temazcal (Sweat Lodge) is an ancient ceremony of purification and prayer in which we return to the womb of the earth and are reborn anew. Volcanic stones heated in a fire outside are carried into the lodge, which is a low, round, covered structure. Water is poured onto the stones as in a sauna. During the ceremony there is space for song, prayer and silence. The conditions of darkness, heat and humidity re-create the conditions of the womb and allow us to return to a memory of engagement with the world through all of our senses.
As humans, we have a strong need to belong, to feel a part of something, yet western culture has severed many of the bonds that form the web of community in which we live.
A ceremony is an activity of the community; when we gather with a shared purpose, we reweave that web, and meet one another in the context of our common humanity. We allow ourselves to feel a sense of community, even with people we are meeting for the first time.
We revitalize intergenerational relationships and interdependence such that we may remember ourselves as part of a larger collective, in community with all beings.
The prayer is held by the sacred circle of the four directions; four Tobaccos. We honor the essential, sacred relationship between feminine and masculine, water and fire, moon and sun.
We create the space for collective healing, remembering the lines of relation that compose our lives, to feel and feed the web of life that sustains us all.
When the ceremony finishes, we have the opportunity to be reborn, individually – each with her own intention – and collectively, as a community, a family.

On Sunday, we will share a relaxed brunch featuring local, seasonal foods from the surrounding countryside. It is an invitation to integrate, and return home feeling nourished and full.

Mit dem ersten Atemzug des Frühlings nach dem Winter laden wir alle Frauen ein –
Mütter, Töchter und Schwestern –, sich uns zu einem gemeinsamen Wochenende zu verbinden.
Im Morgengrauen eines neuen Zeitalters kommen wir zusammen, um unsere Körper, unseren Geist und unsere Herzen vorzubereiten – bereit um etwas in Bewegung zu setzen, nicht weil uns die Erlaubnis gegeben wurde, sondern weil es notwendig ist.
An diesem Wochenende werden wir nach dem Vertrauen suchen, das aus dem Körper erwächst, und uns selbst zu wählen – als einen Akt der Schöpfung.
Ein Ruf an alle Frauen – Mütter, Töchter und Schwestern; die Ängstlichen, die Verwundeten, die Schüchternen und die Mutigen –, sich daran zu erinnern, dass wir gemeinsam gehen.
Das Wochenende umfasst einen eröffnenden Willkommenskreis, ein Vier-Tabak-Temazcal (Schwitzhütten-Zeremonie), nährende Mahlzeiten sowie Unterkunft auf einem wunderschönen privaten Grund in der österreichischen Natur.

PROGRAMM
ERÖFFNUNGSKREIS // Freitag // 27.03.2026
Der erste Teil des Treffens bietet einen gemeinsamen Austausch über Zyklen – in der Natur, im Wasser und in unseren eigenen Körpern – und lädt zur Reflexion darüber ein, wie wir durch Anfänge, Abschlüsse und Erneuerung gehen. Durch eine sanfte, körperliche Übung werden wir diese Zyklen somatisch erkunden und den Körper als Quelle von Weisheit wahrnehmen.
Anschließend erweitern wir unser Bewusstsein auf das Netz des Lebens, mit besonderem Fokus auf Wasser als lebendiger Verbindung zwischen allen Wesen. Dies lädt dazu ein, ein spürbares Gefühl von Verbundenheit, Verantwortung und Fürsorge zu erfahren.
4 TABAK TEMAZCAL (Temazcal de Medicina) // Samstag // 28.03.2026
Das Temazcal (Schwitzhütte) ist eine alte Zeremonie der Reinigung und des Gebets, bei der wir in den Schoß der Erde zurückkehren und neu geboren werden. Vulkansteine werden im Feuer erhitzt und in die Hütte gebracht, eine niedrige, runde, gedeckte Struktur. Wasser wird über die heißen Steine gegossen, ähnlich wie in einer Sauna. Während der Zeremonie gibt es Raum für Gesang, Gebet und Stille. Die Bedingungen von Dunkelheit, Hitze und Feuchtigkeit schaffen eine Erfahrung wie im Mutterleib und ermöglichen uns, uns an eine uralte, sinnliche Verbindung mit der Welt zu erinnern.
Als Menschen haben wir ein starkes Bedürfnis, dazuzugehören und Teil von etwas zu sein. Die westliche Kultur hat jedoch viele der Bindungen zerschnitten, die das Netz der Gemeinschaft formen, in der wir leben.
Eine Zeremonie ist eine Handlung der Gemeinschaft. Wenn wir uns mit einem gemeinsamen Ziel versammeln, weben wir dieses Netz wieder und begegnen einander im Kontext unserer gemeinsamen Menschlichkeit. Wir erlauben uns, ein Gefühl von Gemeinschaft zu erfahren – auch mit Menschen, die wir zum ersten Mal treffen.
Wir stärken generationenübergreifende Beziehungen und gegenseitige Abhängigkeit, sodass wir uns als Teil eines größeren Kollektivs, in Gemeinschaft mit allen Wesen, erinnern können.
Das Gebet wird vom heiligen Kreis der vier Richtungen gehalten; den vier Tabaken. Wir ehren die essentielle, heilige Beziehung zwischen Weiblichem und Männlichem, Wasser und Feuer, Mond und Sonne.
Wir schaffen Raum für kollektive Heilung, erinnern uns an die Beziehungsstränge, die unser Leben ausmachen, und nähren das Netz des Lebens, das uns alle trägt.
Wenn die Zeremonie endet, haben wir die Gelegenheit, neu geboren zu werden – individuell, jede mit ihrer eigenen Intention – und kollektiv, als Gemeinschaft, als Familie.

Am Sonntag teilen wir einen entspannten Brunch mit regionalen, saisonalen Speisen aus der Umgebung. Dies ist eine Einladung, das Erlebte zu integrieren und nach Hause zurückzukehren – genährt und erfüllt.

Die Unterkunft umfasst geteilte Schlafplätze im Dachbereich, was eine gemütliche, gemeinschaftliche Atmosphäre schafft.

Ob prvem vdihu pomladi po dolgi zimi vabimo vse ženske – matere, hčere in sestre –, da se nam pridružijo na vikend srečanju.

UVODNI KROG // Petek // 27.03.2026
Prvi del srečanja ponuja skupinski pogovor o ciklih – v naravi, v vodi in v naših telesih – ter vabi k refleksiji o tem, kako se premikamo skozi začetke, zaključke in obnovo. S pomočjo nežne telesne vaje bomo te cikle raziskovale somatsko in telo spoznavale kot vir modrosti.
Nato bomo razširile svoje zavedanje na mrežo življenja, s posebnim poudarkom na vodi kot živi povezavi med vsemi bitji. To nas vabi, da občutimo povezavo, odgovornost in skrb do vsega okoli nas.
TEMAZCAL // Sobota // 28.03.2026
Temazcal (potilnica) je stara ceremonija čiščenja in molitve, pri kateri se vračamo v maternico Zemlje in se ponovno rojevamo. Vulkanski kamni se segrejejo v ognju in prenesejo v prostor – nizko, okroglo, pokrito strukturo. Vodo se zliva čez vroče kamne, podobno kot v savni. Med ceremonijo je prostor za petje, molitev in tišino. Pogoji teme, toplote in vlage ustvarjajo izkušnjo, podobno materničnemu okolju, in nam omogočajo, da se spomnimo starodavne, čutne povezave s svetom.
Kot ljudje imamo močno potrebo po pripadnosti in občutku, da smo del nečesa večjega. Zahodna kultura pa je presekala mnoge vezi, ki tvorijo mrežo skupnosti, v kateri živimo.
Ceremonija je dejanje skupnosti. Ko se zberemo z namenom, ponovno prepletamo to mrežo in se srečamo v kontekstu naše skupne človečnosti. Dovolimo si občutiti skupnost – tudi z ljudmi, ki jih srečamo prvič.
Krepitev medgeneracijskih odnosov in medsebojne odvisnosti nam omogoča, da se spomnimo sebe kot dela širšega kolektiva, v skupnosti z vsemi bitji.
Molitev vodi sveti krog štirih smeri; štirih tobakov. Častimo bistveno, sveto razmerje med ženskim in moškim, vodo in ogenjem, Luno in Soncem.
Ustvarjamo prostor za kolektivno zdravljenje, se spominjamo vezi, ki sestavljajo naša življenja, in negujemo mrežo življenja, ki nas vse podpira.
Ko ceremonija konča, imamo priložnost za ponovno rojstvo – individualno, vsaka s svojo namero – in kolektivno, kot skupnost, kot družina.

V nedeljo bomo delili sproščen zajtrk z lokalno, sezonsko hrano iz okolice. To je povabilo, da integriramo doživetje in se vrnemo domov – nahranjeni in polni.
